About this deck. Written from the sponsor's seat: each card covers what a state agency reviewer probes about a sponsor's own operation under 7 CFR Part 226, plus FNS Instruction 113-1 (civil rights) and 2 CFR Part 200 (procurement and cost principles). As of June 1, 2026, FNS is the Food and Nutrition Administration (FNA), so newer source documents may carry the new name.
